Menedzhment dizayn-proektov (Design Project Management)
«Menedzhment dizayn-proektov» is the official professional development programme of Design Algorithm Academy. It covers the management of a design project: working with the client, the budget, cost estimates and contracts, contractors and deadlines — from the brief to handover.

Who is admitted
- persons holding higher and/or secondary vocational education;
- persons currently studying for higher and/or secondary vocational education.
The programme is aimed at architects, interior designers, decorators, managers and specialists of design and construction companies, and senior-year students. A completed degree is not required: senior-year students are admitted.
Aim of the programme
To improve the competence required for professional practice and to raise the professional level within the qualification already held.
On completion the participant knows
- modern approaches and methods of design project management;
- the structure, stages and content of project documentation;
- the principles of strategic planning, budgeting and cost control;
- the fundamentals of working with clients, contractors and suppliers;
- regulatory requirements, standards and ergonomic parameters in design.

- analyse and formulate the client's needs within a design project;
- plan and organise project work in line with strategic objectives;
- prepare and control cost estimates and contract documents taking risks into account;
- coordinate everyone involved in the project process;
- use digital tools for calculations, specifications and project management;
- ensure the quality and effectiveness of project delivery.

How the training works
Theory is delivered as video lessons, practice as assignments built on a single real project scenario. An academic hour is 45 minutes, the daily workload is no more than 5 hours and the study week is five days. All you need is a computer with a browser and an internet connection from 512 Kbit/s (1 Mbit/s recommended).
Final assessment and document
The programme ends with a two-hour final assessment held in the form provided for by the programme. Results are graded on a five-point scale. Participants who complete the programme and pass the assessment with a grade of «3», «4» or «5» receive a certificate of professional development on a form established by the organisation itself. Participants who do not pass the final assessment, or who complete only part of the programme, receive a statement of attendance.
Licence
Educational activity is carried out under licence № Л035-01298-77/03676997 of 1 November 2025, issued by Department of Education and Science of the City of Moscow (decision No. ПР/УГНК-2738/25 of 1 November 2025). Licence holder — Akademiya Algoritmov Dizayna LLC (Design Algorithm Academy). Type of activity in the register — additional professional education. According to the extract from the register of licences as of 13 August 2026 licence status — active.

How to enrol
The programme is delivered within the online course «For professionals», priced at 99,900 ₽.
Payment is made on the GetCourse platform: by a Russian bank card, by a card issued outside Russia, by QR code or through your banking app, and also by instalments or credit.
