The comprehensive course «The home of your dreams: a step-by-step plan to a happy result» is an intensive 15-hour programme in three engaging modules. It is for anyone who wants not only to imagine the perfect space but also to acquire the practical skills to make it real, turning every stage of a renovation into a clear and enjoyable experience.
The main goal of this programme
To give design non-professionals a comprehensive, practical understanding of interior design, from concept to delivery. The course teaches you to define and realise your own style, collaborate effectively with designers, manage the budget with confidence and oversee the construction phase — removing the stress and getting the most enjoyment out of transforming your home.

Module No. 1
The key elements of residential interior design, in order of importance and priority: a) correct, ergonomic lighting; b) the kitchen as the heart of the home; c) bathrooms as a place to recharge; d) the bedroom as a place of rest and harmony; e) wardrobes and utility rooms. Five key points on which every project rests.
Module No. 2
Defining the “project” and managing all its phases contractually, from developing the concept through to turnkey construction. All three stages must always include budget definition, so you can manage your finances properly and avoid unpleasant surprises. Criteria for choosing the design of your interior. Selecting and working with the designer, architect or decorator who will accompany your project from start to finish.
Module No. 3
Criteria for selecting, analysing and reviewing contracts with various suppliers of finishing materials, building systems (heating, air conditioning, plumbing), standard and custom furniture, appliances, lighting and textiles. Criteria for selecting, analysing and reviewing contracts with construction companies. A practical guide to confidently choosing the right partners for your new home.

Module 1: The fundamentals of the perfect living space
Aim: to learn what makes a home functional, beautiful and cosy, based on your needs for comfort

- The kitchen — the heart of the home. Function and aesthetics.
- The bathroom — an oasis of comfort and harmony
- The bedroom: rest and recovery.
- Hidden spaces: walk-in closets and utility rooms
Module 2: The design process and choosing your professional
Aim: to understand the algorithm for creating an interior design project and how to choose the right designer for you
- Demystifying the “project”. What “turnkey” means. The stages of design.
- Stage 1 — Concept: breathing life into your idea
- Stage 2 — Budget: strategies for planning expenses.
- Stage 3 — Technical drawings: the map for bringing the dream to life.
- How to choose your designer: the key criteria.
Module 3: Choosing suppliers and managing the renovation
Aim: to provide the tools to navigate among suppliers and approach delivery with confidence
- A practical guide to selecting materials and their suppliers
- Choosing windows, doors, engineering systems and appliances
- Furniture: standard or made to order. The pitfalls.
- The finishing touches: lighting, textiles and accessories
- Criteria for choosing a construction company. The legal side.
- The home stretch. Acceptance of the construction work.
